Import Export Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with factories to ensure timely execution of production and dispatch schedules.

• Regularly follow up with factories on order status and maintain updates for management.

• Visit factories for inspection of goods to ensure quality standards are met.

• Liaise with CHA (Customs House Agents) for documentation and smooth shipment of export consignments.

• Monitor dispatches to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any operational issues.

• Maintain records of shipments, inspection reports, and dispatch schedules.

• Provide timely updates and reports on order and shipment status.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Willingness to travel for factory visits and inspections.

• Basic knowledge of export documentation and procedures.

• Ability to follow up and ensure tasks are closed on time
