Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Import Export Documentation Executive to handle all documentation related to international shipments, customs clearance, and logistics coordination. The candidate should have knowledge of import-export procedures, shipping documents, and coordination with freight forwarders and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify export/import documentation such as:
- Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading
- Shipping Bill
- Certificate of Origin
- LC Documentation
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters
Maintain records of shipments and documentation
Ensure compliance with customs and international trade regulations
Track shipment status and update clients/customers
Handle DGFT, IEC, and other trade-related documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for dispatch and delivery
Ensure timely submission of documents for customs clearance

Required Skills:

Knowledge of import-export documentation procedures
Good communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Understanding of INCOTERMS and logistics processes
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
