Job Benefits: PF

Plan and coordinate logistics service providers (LSPs) for customer orders.
Manage shipment pickups, tracking, and delivery performance across multiple transport partners.
Create and maintain LR (Lorry Receipt) documentation and shipment records. Handle NDR cases, delayed deliveries, hold shipments, and customer escalations.
Monitor shipment status and ensure timely resolution of delivery-related concerns. Provide customer support and maintain accurate logistics and NDR records.
Handle claims related to damaged, lost, short-supplied, defective, and wrongly supplied shipments.
