Daily hub operations ko manage karna.

Vehicles ki allocation, dispatch aur return process monitor karna.

Riders aur staff ki attendance aur performance track karna.

Vehicle maintenance aur service schedules coordinate karna.

Battery swapping/inventory records maintain karna.

Customer aur rider issues ko resolve karna.

Hub safety aur cleanliness ensure karna.

Daily, weekly aur monthly reports prepare karna.

Company policies aur operational standards follow karwana.

Requirements:

Graduate preferred.

Operations, logistics ya fleet management ka experience.

Team management aur leadership skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets).

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pressure mein kaam karne ki ability.
