Role Overview

Pluto is looking for a Fleet Coach / Hub Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our EV delivery hub. This role is responsible for fleet availability, battery swap station operations, rider management, and ensuring smooth execution of last-mile deliveries. You will be the first point of contact for riders, vehicles, and operational issues while driving high service standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet availability and ensure vehicles are operational.

• Operate and maintain the battery swap station, ensuring uptime, cleanliness, and safety.

• Perform battery swaps, monitor charging cycles, battery health, and report faults.

• Onboard, assign, and support delivery riders while maintaining attendance and shift rosters.

• Coordinate vehicle allocation, rider scheduling, and urgent fleet requirements.

• Conduct first-level diagnosis of vehicle issues and coordinate with the Service Engineer for escalations.

• Track operational KPIs, maintain fleet, rider, and battery records, and prepare daily reports.

• Coordinate with Operations, Service, and Finance teams to ensure smooth hub functioning.

• Drive process improvements, compliance, and operational efficiency at the hub.

Qualifications and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, EV operations, warehouse operations, or hub management.

• Experience working with delivery fleets, logistics companies, or EV mobility startups is preferred.

• Strong people management and coordination skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-ground operations environment.

• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance or EV battery operations is preferred.

• Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
