Forklift driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, load, unload, and store materials efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently

• Load, unload, move, stack, and organize materials and products

• Inspect forklift equipment daily and report maintenance or safety issues

• Ensure materials are stored correctly and labeled properly

• Follow all workplace safety rules, procedures, and company policies

• Assist with inventory counts and stock control as required

• Keep work areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Valid forklift operator license/certification

2. Previous experience as a forklift driver preferred

3. Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations

4. Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment

5. Good attention to detail and time management skills

6. Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends if required
