Job Summary
Knockout is looking for an experienced and energetic Floor Manager to oversee daily floor operations and ensure excellent customer service. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, handling guest experience, and ensuring smooth coordination between the kitchen, bar, and service team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily restaurant and pub floor operations.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.
Manage and coordinate waiters, bartenders, and service staff.
Monitor table service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
Ensure staff follows service standards, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service flow.
Handle shift planning, staff scheduling, and floor assignments.
Monitor inventory usage and report shortages if needed.
Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere on the floor.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience as Floor Manager / Restaurant Supervisor / Hospitality Manager preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer handling ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant and pub environment.
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
Flexible to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
