Logistics Floor Manager

We are looking for a Floor Manager to join our team at at Golden Tree. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the Showroom. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹18,000 - ₹35,000 with growth opportunities.

Department: Retail Operations / Showroom Management

Job Responsibilities – Duties & Responsibilities

1. Floor Management: Manage daily showroom floor operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

2. Staff Supervision: Supervise sales staff, allocate duties, monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming and discipline.

3. Sales Target Achievement: Ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales targets are achieved by the team.

4. Customer Service: Handle customer complaints, escalations and service-related issues professionally.

5. Team Training: Train staff on product knowledge, customer handling, upselling, cross-selling and sales techniques.

6. Product Display & Presentation: Maintain proper product arrangement, folding, size-wise organization, cleanliness and visual merchandising.

7. Stock Management: Monitor stock availability, coordinate replenishment and report shortages, damages or discrepancies.

8. Billing & Cash Counter Coordination: Ensure smooth billing operations and proper coordination with the billing team.

9. Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit daily sales reports, staff performance reports and floor-related updates to management.

10. Staff Performance Monitoring: Evaluate individual employee performance, productivity, customer handling and task completion.

11. Store Discipline: Ensure employees follow company rules, dress code, break timings and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

12. Customer Conversion: Monitor customer footfall, conversion rates, average bill value and overall sales performance.

13. Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with the Store Manager, HR, accounts, inventory and sales teams.

14. Problem Solving: Resolve floor-level operational issues promptly and escalate major concerns to management.

15. Opening & Closing Supervision: Ensure the showroom is properly prepared before opening and all closing procedures are completed as per company policy.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
