Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics and order fulfilment operations.

• Ensure orders are dispatched and delivered within the committed TAT.

• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for smooth deliveries.

• Monitor delivery performance, NDR, RTO and pending shipments.

• Take regular follow-ups with courier partners to improve the delivery ratio.

• Handle customer/order-related delivery issues and escalations.

• Maintain and analyse logistics MIS and daily delivery reports.

• Track shipments and ensure timely action on delayed orders.

• Manage and coordinate with the logistics/dispatch team.

• Negotiate and maintain strong working relationships with courier partners.

• Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve delivery performance.

• Work effectively under pressure and handle urgent/high-volume situations.

• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, warehouse, dispatch and courier teams.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on logistics experience.

• Strong experience working with multiple courier partners.

• Proven experience in improving/maintaining delivery ratios.

• Good understanding of NDR, RTO, TAT and shipment tracking.

• Strong team-handling and coordination skills.

• Good Excel/MIS knowledge.

• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume operations.
