Job Overview

IBM is looking for a WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) Executive to support compliance monitoring and operational discipline across the office floor. This role requires a keen eye for detail, adherence to security protocols, and accurate record management. The ideal candidate will be observant, professional, and proactive in ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily inspections on office floors to monitor employee laptop login and logout activities.

Perform random checks of employee ID cards to ensure correct usage and compliance with security procedures.

Maintain accurate logs and reports of inspections, observations, and findings.

Escalate irregularities, violations, or discrepancies to relevant departments.

Collaborate with HR, floor supervisors, and security teams for issue resolution.

Support the implementation of organizational policies and ensure employee adherence.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and record-keeping.

Professional, well-groomed, and presentable appearance.

Ability to follow established procedures with minimal supervision.

Strong observation skills, attention to detail, and accountability.
