The Floor In-Charge is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the assigned floor, ensuring smooth workflow, staff discipline, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies. The role acts as a link between management and floor staff.
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff on the floor
Ensure proper attendance, punctuality, and discipline of employees
Monitor work quality and productivity to meet targets
Allocate duties and shifts to floor staff
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement of the floor
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide prompt resolutions
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
Report operational issues, staff performance, and incidents to management
Assist in training and onboarding new employees
Maintain inventory, equipment, or stock (if applicable)
Support management during audits or inspections
