Key Responsibilities:
Rider sourcing through field activities..
Visiting locations and conducting on-ground hiring drives
Coordinating with manpower agencies to close rider requirements
Building strong local networks for continuous rider supply 5-Managing hiring across different city zones (North / South / East / West)Source candidates through field visits, bulk hiring drives, local references, job portals, and social media (Job Hai, Apna, etc).
Coordinate with Store teams and Central Ops teams for manpower planning.
Manage documentation and joining formalities.
Reduce attrition by proper candidate briefing and follow-up.
