We are looking for a hands-on Factory Supervisor to manage day-to-day production and workforce at our fabrication/manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise factory workers, carpenters, welders, painters & helpers.

- Allocate daily jobs and ensure timely completion.

- Monitor production quality as per drawings/specifications.

- Coordinate material requirements and minimize wastage.

- Maintain worker attendance, discipline and productivity.

- Coordinate with Project/Production team for dispatch deadlines.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and basic safety compliance.

Requirements

- 3–5 years' experience in furniture, fabrication, retail fixtures, interiors or similar manufacturing.

- Ability to read basic drawings and measurements.

- Strong labour-handling and problem-solving skills.

- Practical, hands-on approach with ability to work under deadlines.
