Job Description

ob Title: Manufacturing/Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Production Oversight: Manage daily production schedules, monitor output, and ensure efficient, timely completion of production orders.
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and schedule floor operators; address performance issues and ensure adherence to company policies.
Quality Control: Ensure products meet specifications and industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
Safety Compliance: Enforce all safety protocols and regulations (PPE, PPE, etc.) to maintain a safe working environment.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and implement lean manufacturing techniques.
Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is properly maintained and repaired.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly production reports regarding efficiency, down-time, and, inventory.
