Key Responsibilities
Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for meetings.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate with senior leadership, clients, and partners on behalf of the MD.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Support project tracking, deadlines, and operational initiatives.
Organize events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication (written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office, AI tools, Power BI and digital collaboration tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
