Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Handle daily dispatch of e-commerce orders from the warehouse.

Manage order picking, packing, labeling, and shipment preparation.

Generate shipping labels, invoices, and AWB through courier panels.

Ensure accurate packing and timely dispatch of orders.

Maintain dispatch records and shipment tracking.

Handle returns, RTO orders, and exchange shipments.

Coordinate with courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and XpressBees.

Requirements:

2–3 years experience in E-commerce Dispatch / Warehouse Operations.

Experience with marketplace orders from Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

Knowledge of courier panels and shipping process.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel / order management system).

Ability to manage bulk orders and dispatch operations.
