Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of freight brokers
Build & manage US carrier network
Negotiate freight rates (Spot & Contract market)
Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations
Handle escalations (delays, breakdowns, damages)
Oversee dispatch, tracking, and delivery process
Manage billing, POD, and settlements

Skills Required

Mandatory: Freight Brokerage, Team Handling, Rate Negotiation, Carrier Management, US Logistics, Excellent English Communication
Preferred: DAT/Truckstop, FMCSA Compliance, Problem-Solving,
