Dispatch Executive

We are an FMCG company urgently looking for a Dispatch Executive to join our Logistics / Supply Chain Department.

Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and monitor daily dispatches.

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams.

Prepare and verify dispatch documents (Invoices, Challans, GRN, etc.).

Ensure proper loading, packaging, and vehicle arrangements.

Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.

Maintain records and MIS reports.

Requirements:

Graduate (preferably in Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce).

2–4 years’ experience in dispatch/logistics (FMCG preferred).

Strong coordination and documentation skills.

Knowledge of ERP / Inventory software will be an added advantage.
