Dispatch Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a smart, skilled, and responsible Dispatch Executive / Data Entry Executive to manage dispatch operations at our garment manufacturing unit. The role involves accurate data entry in company software, coordinating logistics, and buyers, and ensuring smooth and timely dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple dispatch-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch & Data Entry Operations

• Accurately enter order forms, invoices, dispatch details, and challans into the company software (Softcon Business Solution).

• Maintain updated records of dispatched orders, pending dispatches, and deliveries.

• Verify order details such as quantity, style, size, color, packing, and buyer instructions before dispatch.

• Documentation Handling

• Ensure zero-error data entry and proper documentation.

• Follow company dispatch SOPs and timelines.

Skills Required:

• Strong Excel skills (daily reports, data tracking, basic formulas)

• Experience in data entry and dispatch coordination

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple dispatches

• Basic knowledge of garment dispatch process preferred

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
