Job Summary

We are hiring an Inventory Control & Stock Audit Executive to handle stock verification, warehouse audits, and reconciliation with Tally ERP. The role involves physical stock checks, identifying variances, ensuring compliance, and preparing audit/MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical stock audits at depots and warehouses.

• Reconcile physical stock with Depot records & Tally ERP9/Prime.

• Identify stock variances, damage, expiry, shrinkage, and unrecorded movements.

• Check GRN, stock inward/outward registers, dispatch logs, and bin cards.

• Verify product condition, shelf life, and warehouse storage practices.

• Ensure compliance with FIFO/LIFO and inventory SOPs.

• Carry out surprise checks and monthly/quarterly stock closures.

• Prepare audit reports, MIS reports, and exception summaries.

• Coordinate with Depot, Accounts, Sales & Purchase teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / Logistics / Supply Chain degree preferred.

• 1–4 years experience in:
  ✔ Inventory Control
  ✔ Stock Audit
  ✔ Warehouse Operations
  ✔ Reconciliation / Internal Audit

• Knowledge of Tally ERP9/Prime, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.).

• Good understanding of GRN, stock movement, inventory accounting.

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
