Dispatch Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Executive to manage and coordinate the dispatch of goods efficiently. The ideal candidate should ensure timely delivery, maintain records, and communicate effectively with logistics partners and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules

• Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods

• Maintain dispatch records and documentation

• Communicate with transporters, drivers, and clients

• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues

• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dispatch or logistics

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP systems preferred)

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
