Position: Dispatch Executive
Location: Factory Location
Gender: Male Candidates Only
Priority: High Priority / Immediate Requirement
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily dispatch operations and documentation.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, transporters, and other departments.
Prepare and maintain dispatch-related records and reports.
Handle inventory/dispatch entries and ensure accuracy.
Work on Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Mandatory Skills:
Tally Prime is compulsory.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, especially Pivot Tables.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a factory environment.
Night duty is involved, so candidate must be comfortable with rotational/night shifts.
Selection Process:
Practical test on Tally Prime
Practical test on Excel Pivot Table
