ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Import and Export Executive to oversee office administration, logistics, non-technical procurement, and import-export activities. The candidate will ensure smooth coordination between departments, timely execution of tasks, and adherence to company SOPs.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end import and export processes
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, CHA, and transporters
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and Proforma Invoices (PI)
Oversee domestic dispatch, documentation, and delivery tracking
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and record maintenance
Maintain trackers and provide regular status reports
Ensure timely communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
🔹 Key Skills Required
Vendor management and negotiation skills
Preferred knowledge of import/export documentation & procedures
Good communication and coordination abilities
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate
2 – 3 years of experience in Logistics / Admin / Operations
Preference - Male Candidate
