Client & Community Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for members and clients.
Address queries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Organize community events and networking activities to enhance member experience.
Revenue & Business Growth
Support sales team in achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
Manage renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Track financial performance and report center metrics.
Team Leadership
Supervise and guide front desk, housekeeping, and support staff.
Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
Foster a collaborative and service-oriented work culture.
Facility & Vendor Management
Ensure smooth functioning of IT, utilities, and office infrastructure.
Coordinate with vendors for timely service delivery.
Maintain inventory and procurement records.
