Key Responsibilities
Own overall day-to-day operations across all center functions including Training, Onboarding, EV Rentals, Delivery Partner (DP) Support, and Facility Management, ensuring smooth workflows with an average daily footfall of 200 individuals
● Manage and lead a diverse on-site team of 20+ staff, including trainers, operations staff, admin, housekeeping, and security
● Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards across all functions
● Ensure full functionality of center facilities, including EV vehicles, training infrastructure, and logistics, while maintaining high standards of safety and security
● Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve center performance metrics and drive corrective actions
● Prepare and share regular performance reports, insights, and risks with the City Lead
● Ensure compliance with company policies, code of conduct, and local regulations
● Demonstrate high ownership of center management by anticipating operational breakdowns, planning mitigations, and executing strategies to consistently achieve and exceed center outcomes
