Job Description

Department: Operations
Reporting To: Vice President / Business Head – Operations
Location: Saidham, Kalyan, Bhiwandi, Mumbai–Nashik Highway, Dohale, Post Padgha
Industry: Staffing, Payroll Management, Logistics & 3PL Operations

Job Purpose

To manage and drive end-to-end operations across the assigned area or zone, ensuring efficient manpower deployment, seamless payroll and staffing services, and effective execution of Transport Center (TC) and 3PL warehouse operations.

The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring SLA adherence, maintaining operational efficiency, controlling costs and losses, and leading the on-ground team to deliver consistent service quality with minimal escalations.

Educational Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
5–10 years of relevant experience in staffing, payroll, logistics, 3PL, warehouse, or transport center operations.
Prior experience managing multiple locations, client accounts, and large manpower teams.
Experience in SLA-driven operations and manpower outsourcing is preferred.
