Job Title: Laundry Supervisor (2 Openings)

Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

Global Laundry is hiring two hands-on Supervisors to run daily laundry operations across two shifts. You will manage the team, maintain quality and ensure orders are completed on time. Hospital and hotel laundry experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all laundry operations in your shift, from sorting and washing to ironing, packing and dispatch.

• Allocate work, monitor productivity, attendance and discipline.

• Manage chemical dosing (detergents, bleach, softeners, sanitisers) accurately and safely.

• Select the right washing method for each linen type, including hotel linen, towels, uniforms, delicates and hospital linen.

• Identify stains and apply the correct removal method without damaging fabric.

• Check finished laundry quality and minimise errors, damage and rework.

• Operate and manage machinery (washer extractors, dryers, ironers, presses), and report breakdowns promptly.

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards, including infection control for hospital linen.

• Track daily work and pending orders, prepare shift reports and hand over to the next shift.

• Report issues to the manager and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in laundry operations, hospitality, housekeeping or a similar supervisory role.

• Hands-on knowledge of chemical dosing, stain removal and quality checks.

• Understanding of washing methods for hotel and hospital linen.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Basic reading, writing and record-keeping skills.

• Punctual, responsible and willing to work assigned shifts.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
