Roles and Responsibilities

Guide and direct vehicles to designated parking spaces.
Monitor the parking area to ensure safety and proper vehicle movement.
Assist customers with parking-related queries and provide directions when needed.
Maintain order and prevent unauthorized parking.
Check entry and exit of vehicles as per company procedures.
Report any accidents, damages, or suspicious activities to the supervisor immediately.
Ensure the parking premises are clean and well-maintained.
Coordinate with security and facility teams for smooth parking operations.
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a courteous attitude at all times
