Waiter

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating

• Present menus and take food & beverage orders accurately

• Serve food and beverages as per service standards

• Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and mise-en-place

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service flow

• Handle guest queries and requests politely

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and grooming standards

• Clear tables and reset for next service

• Assist in billing and payment process when required

• Follow hotel/restaurant SOPs at all times

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi preferred)

• Pleasant personality with a service-oriented attitude

• Knowledge of basic food & beverage service

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Team player with willingness to learn

• Prior hotel/restaurant experience preferred (Freshers can apply)

Education & Experience

• Minimum: 10+2 or Diploma in Hotel Management

• Experience: 0–2 years in F&B service preferred
