Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them as per service standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service.
Set up and clear tables before and after service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Handle guest queries and complaints politely and escalate when required.
Follow all company policies, safety standards, and grooming guidelines.
Support banquet, buffet, and special event operations when required.
Maintain proper stock and service equipment in the assigned area.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th/12th pass (Hotel Management preferred).
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
