Job Summary:

The F&B Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in the restaurant or dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and drinks as per standards
Ensure cleanliness of tables and service area
Assist guests with menu selection
Handle guest queries and complaints professionally
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff
Follow hygiene and safety standards
Maintain proper billing and payment process

Requirements:

Basic communication skills (English/Hindi)
Prior experience in hotel/restaurant preferred
Good grooming and positive attitude
Ability to work in shifts
Team player with customer-focused approach
