• As a Waiter/Steward, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

  • Warmly greet and seat guests.

  • Present menus and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system or order pad.

  • Communicate orders clearly and efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.

  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

  • Check on guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns or requests promptly.

  • Clear tables, clean and set up for the next guests.

  • Process payments accurately (cash, card, UPI).

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management.

  • Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
