Job Description

The Sr. Steward assists the Captain in providing excellent service to guests. They are responsible for setting up the dining area, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

The Steward plays a key role in ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by assisting in the setup and service of food and beverages. They work closely with the Sr. Steward and Captain to maintain service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up tables and preparing dining areas.
Serve food and beverages to guests.
Ensure that the service area is clean and well-maintained.
Follow the Captain’s instructions to ensure smooth service.
Assist in clearing tables and resetting for the next guests.
Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
Support in training junior stewards.
