Department: Food & Beverage / Kitchen Operations
Reports To: Stewarding Supervisor / Executive Chef / F&B Manager
Location: VERSOVA , POWAI
### Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and work surfaces.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment.
• Dispose of kitchen waste properly and ensure garbage areas are kept clean.
• Restock clean items in their designated areas.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries when needed.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic prep work as requested.
