Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Associates to join our team. The role involves providing excellent service to guests in the restaurant, bar, or banquet areas while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.

• Take food and beverage orders and serve them accurately and efficiently.

• Set up tables, buffets, and dining areas as per standards.

• Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of service areas.

• Handle guest queries and complaints politely and effectively.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.

• Follow hotel SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in F&B service preferred; freshers welcome.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude and passion for guest service.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in shifts.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverages is an advantage.
