Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, assist with seating, and ensure a warm service experience

• Take and serve orders accurately while maintaining speed & quality

• Maintain outlet cleanliness, table setup, cutlery, and service counters

• Assist in food & beverage service, billing support, and order delivery

• Follow hygiene & safety protocols as per café standards

Requirements:

• 0–1+ years experience in F&B or café service (freshers can apply)

• Good communication & customer engagement skills

• Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours

Job Title: Senior Steward

Location: Bellandur – RMZ Ecoworld, Bengaluru

About the Role:
The Senior Steward ensures smooth customer service at the outlet with responsibility for table management, team support, guest experience, and operational efficiency. The role involves handling escalations and guiding junior stewards for quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead service flow at the café and assist in steward supervision

• Take customer orders professionally & ensure high-quality service

• Support billing, POS handling, order coordination, and guest queries

• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and service standards

• Assist in stock checks, table rotation, shift duties & training juniors

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years F&B / café service experience (QSR/restaurant preferred)

• Strong communication, customer-handling & problem-solving skills

• Ability to guide junior stewards and manage service rush hours

• Well-groomed, presentable and customer-centric
