Job Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize utensils, crockery, and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
Support chefs in basic food preparation activities
Assist in meal tray arrangement and food service
Follow hygiene, safety, and infection control standards
Handle waste disposal and cleaning supplies properly
Support residents/patients during meal service
Requirements
Minimum 10th pass
Experience in hotel, hospital, restaurant, catering, or senior care kitchens preferred
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and cleaning procedures
Physically active and willing to work shifts
Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiners preferred
Candidates from Chennai preferred
Experience in hospital or healthcare kitchen will be an added advantage
