Job Summary
We are looking for a polite, energetic Waiter/Waitress to deliver excellent dining experiences. You’ll take orders, serve food & beverages, and ensure guests feel welcome and attended to throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
1. Greet & Seat Guests: Welcome customers warmly, present menus, and assist with seating.
2. Take Orders: Answer questions about menu items, specials, and ingredients. Record orders accurately using POS system.
3. Serve Food & Drinks: Deliver orders promptly, check if food is correct, and ensure timely service.
4. Customer Service: Check on guests during meals, respond to requests/complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
5. Table Management: Set up tables, clear plates, reset for next guests, and maintain cleanliness.
6. Billing: Present bills, process cash/card payments, and return change/receipts accurately.
7. Hygiene & Safety: Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards. Report maintenance issues.
8. Team Coordination: Communicate with kitchen, bar, and other staff to ensure smooth service.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: 10th/12th preferred. Hotel Management diploma is a plus.
- Experience: 0-2 years in restaurant/café/hotel. Freshers with good attitude welcome.
- Skills: Good communication in English + local language, basic math for billing, polite & patient.
- Physical: Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours, carry trays up to 5-7kg.
- Shift: Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹14,000 - ₹22,000/month + tips + service charge
