Steward

Lohri is looking for a courteous, well-groomed, and customer-focused Steward/Waiter to provide an exceptional fine dining experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to deliver attentive and personalized service while maintaining the restaurant's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.

• Present menus, explain dishes, and recommend food and beverage pairings.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen promptly.

• Serve food and beverages following fine dining service standards.

• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup before, during, and after service.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.

• Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.

• Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and restaurant service etiquette.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Team-oriented with a strong customer service mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Punjabi cuisine and hospitality.

• Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and courteously.
