Key Responsibilities • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. • Prepare and serve food and beverages as per company standards. • Handle customer queries and ensure a positive dining experience. • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, counters, kitchen, and workstations. • Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant. • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times. • Support inventory management and stock replenishment when required. • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations. • Assist in achieving customer satisfaction and store performance goals. Eligibility Criteria • SSC / HSC / Diploma / Graduate. • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. • Previous experience in a restaurant, café, QSR, or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer-service-oriented attitude. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
