Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions, share daily specials, and take orders accurately.
Food & Beverage Preparation: Make coffee, tea, and other drinks, or assist with simple food prep and warming baked goods.
Cashier Duties: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash or card payments, and provide receipts.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Clear and wipe down tables, wash utensils, sweep floors, and keep the coffee machine and counter spotless.
Stock & Inventory: Restock cups, napkins, and ingredients during your shift and notify supervisors of low supplies. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Job Requirements
Education: High school degree or equivalent (often 10th or 12th pass minimum).
Experience: Freshers are often welcome; prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
Skills: Good communication skills, basic math for handling money, and knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
Physical Ability: Stamina to stand for long hours and lift moderate loads.
