Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide courteous, prompt, and efficient service.
Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages as per company standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and concerns professionally.
Set up, clear, and reset tables while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Assist in opening and closing duties and maintain service stations.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, grooming, and company SOP standards.
