Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat customers with a positive attitude.

• Present the menu and explain dishes when required.

• Take customer orders accurately using the POS/KOT system.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

• Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.

• Handle customer requests and resolve minor complaints courteously.

• Coordinate with the kitchen for timely order delivery.

• Process bills and assist with payments.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.

• Follow restaurant SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter (preferred).

• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English/Marathi is an advantage.

• Well-groomed, polite, and customer-oriented.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.
