Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any complaints courteously.
Supervise waiters/assistant staff (for Captain role).
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
Maintain table setup standards (cutlery, glassware, napkins, etc.).
Ensure billing is accurate and handle payment processes as needed.
Follow restaurant hygiene and safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness of dining area.
Ensure proper grooming and uniform standards.
Train new team members (for Captain role).
Support team during busy hours.
Attend daily briefings and follow instructions from management.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in food service (Captain: 3–5 years).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Positive attitude and professional behavior.
Basic knowledge of billing systems (POS).
