Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
Set up and clear tables as per restaurant standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for timely order delivery.
Attend to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain proper table setup and ensure all service stations are well stocked.
Follow company standards for food safety, hygiene, and grooming.
Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns to the Supervisor or Manager.
Support the team during opening, closing, and busy service hours.
Requirements
Minimum 0–5 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry.
Freshers with a positive attitude may also be considered.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Well-groomed, punctual, and disciplined.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Good guest-handling skills.
