We are looking for a Restaurant managers need both soft skills like leadership, communication, and problem-solving, and hard skills such as financial management, inventory control, scheduling, and food safety knowledge. A combination of these competencies allows managers to effectively oversee daily operations, motivate staff, handle customer service, manage finances, and ensure a successful business environment.  The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 and a friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• overseeing daily operations, managing staff (hiring, training, scheduling), ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues and maintaining service standards, handling inventory and supplier relationships, managing finances (budgets, costs, payroll), ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, and implementing marketing and operational strategies to improve performance and profitability.
