Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Bartender located in New Delhi. The Head Bartender will be responsible for overseeing the bar operations, mixing and serving drinks, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Additional responsibilities include training and supervising bar staff, handling cash transactions accurately, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills

• Proficiency in Food & Beverage service and Bartending

• Experience in Cash Handling and managing financial transactions

• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

• Certification in bartending or hospitality management is a plus

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
