We are looking for a smart, responsible, and experienced Restaurant Manager to manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete restaurant operations
Handle staff scheduling, training, and discipline
Maintain high customer service standards
Manage billing, inventory, and stock
Coordinate events, parties, and catering orders
Ensure food quality and hygiene standards
Control expenses and improve profitability
Handle vendor and supplier coordination
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience as Restaurant Manager / Supervisor
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations
Good leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage staff and resolve issues
Experience in event handling is preferred
Must be responsible, punctual, and hardworking
Salary & Benefits:
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (as per experience)
