They also support staff training, resolve customer concerns, and ensure company policies and safety standards are followed.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in managing the overall restaurant operations. The role involves supervising employees, maintaining food quality and hygiene, managing inventory and sales, handling customer concerns, supporting recruitment and training, and ensuring the restaurant meets operational and business targets. The ARM also takes charge of the restaurant in the manager’s absence.
