Hotel Operations Staff

Recruno is an AI-powered hiring platform from Bangalore. We are partnering with restaurants, cafes, and cloud kitchens in HSR Layout to hire for on-ground hotel operations roles.

This is a three-month, on-ground operations program. You will train across back-of-house and front-of-house stations: F&B service support, kitchen operations, stewarding, and store/inventory handling at partner restaurant and cafe outlets in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. Each station begins with task training and you will work under the outlet manager, similar to a hotel industrial training rotation. This is hands-on, physical, shift-based work.

Pay: Rs 15000 to 20000 per month fixed, plus performance incentives of Rs 5000 to 10000 per month.

Day-to-day responsibilities: 1. Support F&B service: order taking, serving, table setup and clearing, and guest interaction during service hours. 2. Assist kitchen operations: basic food preparation, mise en place support, and coordination with the kitchen team during peak hours. 3. Stewarding duties: utensil and equipment washing, kitchen cleanliness, and upkeep of hygiene and food-safety standards. 4. Store and inventory tasks: receiving and checking supplies, stocking, arranging, and packing orders. 5. Outlet opening and closing duties: setup before service and shutdown checklists after service. 6. Follow the outlet manager shift plan, report on time, and complete the assigned shift. 7. Maintain grooming, hygiene, and conduct standards expected in a professional hospitality workplace. Who can apply: freshers are welcome.
